EPA can regulate global warming emissions, says Supreme Court Author: teddygirl | Friday April 20, 2007 Earlier this month, the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA has the authority under the Clean Air Act to regulate global warming emissions. The decision said that the Clean Air Act was violated in refusing to regulate pollution that causes global warming.
