International Teddy Bear Relief Fund Auction in January 2006

The International Teddy Bear Relief Fund Auction, which took place in San Diego on January 14th, 2006, raised more than $30,000 for Habitat for Humanity. Linda Mullins and ABC Unlimited Productions organized the show, and the money will be used to build a house in the Gulf Coast.

Artists, manufacturers, collectors and retailers donated items for the auction. Some of the 73 lots included the following pieces:

• Mardi Gras by Deb Canham - $1,500
• New Orleans Band by Steiff - $525
• Magnolia by RJ Wright - $10,000
• 4 antique teddies on cover of Linda Mullins’ 1st book, a rocking chair and the book - $3,000
