Suing to protect the Florida black bear

Defenders of Wildlife, the Sierra Club and the Fund for Animals filed a lawsuit against the Interior Department and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services in federal court in Washington, D.C.
The groups are trying to get the Florida black bear back on the federal list of endangered or threatened species.
